How can I improve the security of a WordPress?

Various problems

My website shows an unsecure site warning, what should I do?

It may be that your SSL certificate has expired or that you are not accessing your website via HTTPS. It could also be a mixed content error, we recommend you read our guide How to identify and fix mixed content errors.

My website has stopped working, what's wrong?

First of all, check if our firewall has blocked you and that it is not a problem with your internet connection. If the problem persists contact us as soon as possible. In addition, you should check that your domain has been renewed, to do this log in to your client area and check if you have any payment pending proforma.

I am using all my hosting space, what can I do?

The first thing you should do is log in to your Hosting Panel and follow the warning you will see to temporarily increase your space for free. Then go to the Check disk usage section of the Hosting Panel to understand where you are using it and, if possible, free up some space. You can also upgrade to a higher plan or contact us.

How do I set up email on my mobile phone?

How do I change my email password?

If you have lost your email account password, the only way to recover it is to assign a new password. Follow the instructions in the guide How to change the password of an email account.

What PHP versions do you offer?

We offer all functional versions of PHP: 8.0, 7.4, 7.3, 7.2, 7.1, 7.0, 5.6, 5.5, 5.4 and 5.3. Switching from one version to another is immediate and very easy from the Hosting Panel. More information.

How to modify the PHP configuration

You can edit the php.ini file directly ( FTP or SSH ) or you can adjust the PHP settings from the PHP Settings of the Hosting Panel. More information.
